This timeless design becomes a beautiful and versatile piece you can use in many ways.

For many people, stitching becomes a form of active meditation—especially if sitting still in traditional meditation is difficult. Amy invites you to “pull up a bolster” and join her for a heart-opening gathering that blends meaningful conversation with mindful movement and plenty of time for rest and reflection. We’ll begin by diving into an inspiring book discussion and follow it up with a nourishing yoga practice designed to embody and integrate the ideas and themes generated by our conversation. No need to be an expert reader or yoga practitioner ~ just come as you are, ready to connect, move, and be inspired. Reading the book is encouraged but never required!!
