What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are immersed in sound frequencies created by various instruments, such as singing bowls, drums and chimes. The sounds are intended to promote physical, mental and emotional well-being. It’s called a bath because you are “bathed” in the sound waves and energetic frequencies that bring your mind and body back into balance and harmony. 

All are welcome—a lot of programming at IB & Co is for expecting and new families, but this is for anyone looking to treat themselves to a relaxing, meditative experience.

Illuminated Birth & Co is turning one! To celebrate, they’re having a party. Join them in the their space on 10/27 from 10am-1pm.

There will be snacks, crafts, and goodies. Also, since it’s the weekend before Halloween, costumes (especially for the little ones!) are encouraged and welcome.

Join Illuminated Birth for an evening of sharing and listening to birth stories! Attendees are invited to share their birth story, or just listen to others and give support. Whether your birth experience was joyful, difficult, or complicated, we need safe spaces to share these stories. We carry our birth stories with us throughout our lives; sharing them with a supportive group can be cathartic, healing, and validating.

Hosted by two doulas in a cozy, welcoming space. Open to all women and birthing people. Babies in arms are welcome, but please leave older babies and children at home. Click HERE to sign up.
