In this workshop, children will design their own colorful suncatcher while exploring how light and color can brighten both our spaces and our moods.
We’ll begin with a short mindfulness activity to help children slow down, notice their surroundings, and connect with the light around them. Each child will then create their own unique suncatcher using beads and crystals.

Join The Sound Bath Queen for a magical and relaxing Sound Bath experience for kids in 3rd to 6th grade! This event combines the healing power of sound with mindfulness in a serene environment perfect for relaxation and creativity.

This two-hour program for kids on the Wednesday of April School Break week is the perfect opportunity for parents to get a mid-week rest or errand time, while kids are engaged in a variety of movement and creative thinking activities. Our curriculum will include structured games, crafts, and activities, as well as asana (physical shapes) and breathwork, creating a well-rounded afternoon. In this fun and exciting class, we’ll explore the world of Power Animals—special animal friends that bring us wisdom, strength, and guidance! Some people even call these animal guides Earth Angels because they watch over and protect us.
• Learn what a Power Animal is and how they help us
• Discover how animals communicate with us in magical ways
• Meet some of your animal guides through stories and activities
• Learn simple ways to connect to them for greater personal growth
Diana invites each child to bring a picture, a stuffed animal, or toy of an animal they admire. It can be big or small, real or mythical — even a dinosaur! During the session, each child will connect with one of their animal spirit guides and discover the wisdom and protection they offer.

Empower Yourself with Practical, Effective Self-Defense!
Feeling confident in your safety can make all the difference. Join Danny’s Place on Wednesday, March 26th, 2025, from 7 PM -9 PM for a transformative Self-Defense Workshop taught by internationally certified 5th Degree Black Belt instructors from Concord Self-Defense Academy.
