Taught by Bonnie Rovics, an American Heart Association Certified CPR and BLS (basic life savings) Trainer who specializes in infant/pediatric parent and caregiver training.

What to Expect:

Parents and Caregivers will learn the up-to-date, evidence-based techniques for CPR/AED and Choke Saving for newborns and infants, as well as children and adults.

Classes are for parents and primary care givers, but may be helpful for family and friends who will be regularly caring for children.

Join us tomorrow evening or at any of our upcoming classes to learn these important and potentially life-saving skills!

Who’s elegible?: Students 2nd - 5th grade
Dates: 3 classes: Wed, Thu, Fri Feb 18, 2026 - Feb 20, 2026
Time: 12:30pm - 3:30pm EST

This workshop is led by high schoolers who previously hosted a summer camp in Flera field. This time, they are bringing their experience and fun activities to Danny's Place! This Workshop will end with a Gallery Walk, where participants will get to see all the creations!

Do you want to meet other parents who meditate or are interested in mindfulness and meditation as a way of navigating challenges that come with parenting?

As the mother of 3 children ages 9, 17 & 19, Konnie knows how stressful parenting can be and how easy it is to lose our calm. Please join Konnie Gillen for this unique opportunity to create a safe space together and share your parenting challenges, frustrations and especially JOYS with each other. All are welcome and met with compassion, understanding and empathy. Konnie will lead a meditation to begin, check in with what is present in the room and a period of sharing will follow.
