Just like yoga, a good book is always better when shared with a group. Book Club Meets the Mat combines the fun and connection of a book club community with the healing nature of a yoga class. Amy invites you to “pull up a bolster” to discuss our quarterly book of choice and stay for a rejuvenating yoga practice that will settle your mind and nourish your body. This workshop is a wonderful opportunity to deepen your yoga practice and perhaps meet a new friend!
