Into the Future - The Good Life(style)

Are you ready to downsize your home but not your lifestyle? How do you intend to spend the next exciting phase of your life?  Many of us are looking to be more socially active once the family home has become too big, often moving closer to the city for the cultural attractions and public transportation.  Come and meet a team of experts who will show us the tools we need to make this transition stress free and help us plan for an active and satisfying future.

Whether it is planning the sale of the house and finding a new one, getting in shape and learning how to keep our bodies and minds strong, financial and estate planning, travel beyond Disney – this workshop will give you food for thought. Speaking of which, there will be refreshments provided by Acton Coffee House.  There will also be a drawing for a MFA membership and other door prizes. Hosted by Frances Anderton, a Realtor of eighteen years with Acton Real Estate, she will introduce other experts from our local area who will share their extensive knowledge and advice.

The Speakers will be:

Barbara Meglis – Stager
Steve Levitsky – Financial Advisor
Dr Joseph FitzPatrick – Acton Chiropractic
Stephanie Burke and Alice Chisholm - Triple AAA Travel
Judy Wolff– Personal Trainer

This event is free but you do need to register ahead of time. Call or email Frances Anderton by Monday 7th November to register at 978 621 9486 or frances@acton-realestate.com.

Acton Solar Seminar

Making a decision on how to take advantage of solar energy for the average homeowner can be a daunting task.  The options are myriad, the incentive programs are complex, and the rules and programs seem to be continually changing.

The intent of this program is to help homeowners, and condo owners, make a decision if solar is right for them and the best way to take advantage of this clean energy option.  This program brings together solar industry experts to address each of these issues including the installation options, the financing options, and the current and potential future state and federal incentive programs.
