Nourish your body, mind, and spirit with this restorative yoga nidra workshop. Allow Konnie Gillen to lead you through a series of restorative poses where your body will be supported completely by bolsters, blocks and blankets to allow you to relax and unwind from the stress of the outer world. Followed by a 40-minute guided yoga nidra practice where you will choose a sankalpa or intention. Yoga nidra can help improve sleep, increase creativity and lower stress and anxiety levels.
