Designed to get your heart beating and your endorphins flowing, this challenging class combines cardio, resistance training, and asana to build muscle and endurance. Set up upbeat music and incorporating the use of light weights and resistance bands, this class will work your total body to clear your mind. Come prepared to have fun, get centered, and feel strong! Prior asana (physical yoga) practice is recommended.
