In Chinese Astrology, 2026 arrives as the Year of the Fire Horse - a cycle of passion, freedom and bold transformation!

Join instructor Jilli Goldman for an Embodiment Flow to enter the new year in a fully embodied and intentional way. We’ll settle into stillness, listen to the body’s wisdom, move slowly, breathe deeply, stretch, heal, and (most importantly) play. This practice isn’t about performance; it’s about deep presence.

We’ll journey inward, move from meditative stillness, restore together, and close with some joyful dancing and a sparkly cider toast to welcome the Fire Horse year.
