As part of the Villageworks Holiday Food Drive, Revolution Community Yoga is running a special class to benefit the Acton Food Pantry. Acton Community Supper and Food Pantry, Inc. is a non-profit organization established in 1984 to help alleviate food-insecurity in Acton and its contiguous towns – Boxborough, Concord, Carlisle, Littleton, Maynard, Stow and Westford.
There is no charge for this class, but cash or food donations for the Acton Food Pantry would be most welcomed! The items most needed at this time are:
Spaghetti sauce • cereal (hot and cold) • peanut butter & jelly • soup • macaroni & cheese • boxed rice • canned meats & fish • 100% juice boxes • canned tomato products • baking mixes (cake, brownies, breads) • toilet paper & tissues
If you cannot attend the class but would like to make a donation, you can drop off your non-perishable food items in the donation box in the Wellness at Villageworks waiting area.
