Come join RCY for a unique experience of a Gong Sound Meditation with five gongs combined with group Reiki delivered through sound wave vibrations. The class begins with a brief guided meditation followed by a transformative gong sound bath. Let the soothing sounds wash over you as you relax and allow the music to help disconnect from daily stressors and delve into a relaxed state.
