Yoga For Cyclists 6 Week Series

An increasing number of athletes have discovered the benefits of yoga for their discipline. For cyclists, repetitive motion, rounded back and forward head and neck posture can cause neck, shoulder and lower back pain, tight and short hamstrings, hip flexors, calves and quads. This yoga series is designed to safely help cyclists achieve better posture and body awareness for more comfort while riding, address imbalances that can cause injury, speed up recovery time, build core power and strength, improve mental clarity and focus and improve breathing efficiency.
