Total Body Tone is a full-body, low-impact workout set to upbeat music that blends elements from a variety of exercise styles including Pilates and asana from yoga. Total Body Tone focuses on building lean muscle tone by utilizing a barre, light resistance, and body weight exercises. Clients of all levels will benefit from this challenging, accessible workout.
