Join WECO Hospitality for a virtual cooking class/fundraiser with Chef Gavin Lambert from WECO Hospitality to support Household Goods.

About this Event

Chef Lambert will be preparing:

  • Whole roasted heritage Poulet Rouge

  • Applefield farm root vegetables roasted with schmaltz and aromatics

  • Foraged mushroom risotto with pecorino and sage

Cost: $30 for the cooking class. Proceeds benefit Household Goods.

Cook along with Chef Lambert and learn some new techniques!

Participants will receive an ingredient list, recipes and suggested wine pairings in advance so they can shop (along with appropriate substitutions for less commonly found ingredients). Chef Lambert will also take questions during the class.

A limited number of grocery baskets containing heritage Poulet Rouge, foraged mushrooms and more will be available for local participants to purchase separately and pick up from WECO Hospitality in Acton, MA. You can reserve a basket during the checkout process, but you will be contacted by WECO for payment and pick up information. A basket purchase supports local farmers and is not part of the Household Goods fundraiser.
